• The project has produced waste.
• The project, proposal of renovation, expansion, upgrade, increase the capacity of the manufacturing, sales and service activities are already registered certification of environmental protection commitment.
• The project that change the location
• The project is not implemented within twenty four (24) months from the date of registration of environmental protection commitment

Process: 

• Survey conditions of geography, geology, atmosphere, noise 
• Investigation, survey and collect data on natural, environmental, social, economic conditions
• Assess the environmental status of the area
• Identify pollution sources of the project, such as hazardous waste, air emissions, wastewater, noise; identify the types of waste generated during the construction and operation of the project by the statistical methods, analysis, collection, rapid assessment.
• Assess the level of influence of pollution sources on factors including resources, environment, society, people around the project area.
• Recommend options that reduce waste; wastewater, exhaust gas treatment; the plan of collection and treatment of solid waste from the operation of project.
